input, maintenance, processing and correction of production master data in SAP S/4HANA based on the information provided and shared by the specialist departments Maintenance of relevant master data objects plausibility and completeness checks (e.g. mandatory fields, consistency, format/denomination standards) before entering; Questions about uncertainty Coordination and appointment tracking with the supplier departments (Production, Planning, QA, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance etc.) Documentation/tracking of incoming requests (e.g. ticket/tracker), status communication and tracking of open points Identification and implementation of improvements in your own tasks (e.g. templates, checklists, standardized procedures) General support for day-to-day business and projects

Completed vocational training in commercial or technical fields First experience with SAP (ideally S/4HANA) or ERP data maintenance Basic understanding of production processes and product data Very high reliability/availability as well as careful, structured and quality-oriented operation (high data quality awareness) Service and communication strength in handling many interfaces Secure handling of PC and MS Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint) Good time/priority management Good knowledge of German and English Willingness to occasional call readiness times with urgent concerns
