In 3 years, we are familiar with networking various hardware and software components into complex, highly effective systems. You will become a well-established IT service provider and learn how to implement the customer's requirements in the configuration of the respective systems accurately. You learn how to fix or prevent disturbances and errors using the most modern diagnostic systems. We will teach you everything you need to know about needs (products, services), customer advice and user training. You can learn how to use programming languages, distinguish network architectures, plan system capacities and restore data. Teaching at the vocational school makes you fit in terms of connected IT systems, the correct handling of information sources as well as the most important terms in business IT English.
