Your tasks

Place of work: Badem For our Badem site we are looking for an experienced specialist who combines purchasing, material disposition and warehouse logistics. This position also includes regular operations at our Föhren site. In doing so, you ensure that materials are available across the site, that stocks are correct and that our warehouse processes work reliably. Your main place of work and activity remains Badem.

Your tasks in detail:

Warehouse & inventory management: You are responsible for the inventory and movement of goods in Badem and Föhren, ensuring structured, transparent and reliable storage processes and the expansion of the warehouse. Material disposition & production supply: You keep the material requirements and stocks in mind and ensure the timely supply of our production with the required materials. Incoming goods: You take goods acceptance and goods receipt control, check deliveries to quantity, quality and completeness and book them correctly in the ERP system. Inventory & inventory quality: You prepare inventory, perform it, clarify inventory deviations and ensure high inventory and data quality. Support in operational purchasing: You support your colleagues in purchasing operations, orders, delivery dates and coordination with suppliers. Processes & cooperation: You work closely with purchasing, production and other interfaces and support our processes in warehouse logistics, material management and goods flow.

completed commercial or logistical training or Continuing training, for example as an industrial businessman/woman, specialist for warehouse logistics, merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services, specialist for purchasing or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in operational purchasing, material management, disposition and/or warehouse logistics Ideal experience in an industrial or production company Practical experience with goods acceptance, goods receipt control, goods booking, storage and inventory Secure handling of ERP systems as well as good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Openness for digital working methods and ideally first basic knowledge in handling AI applications

Compulsory qualifications

driving licence class B readiness to commute regularly between our Badem and Föhren sites and take responsibility for the stock and stock at both locations Secure knowledge of German in word and writing As a provider of security services, we require a perfect management certificate
