You work in a targeted and innovative way within the framework of the projects in a network of experts from different management and organization levels as well as with our partners from the corresponding company functions. You coordinate the project-related work orders and prepare decision templates and evaluations; also in project responsibility. You prepare meetings in a targeted manner, including presentations and protocols. In close coordination with the Road/Air & Sea business areas, the various departments of the main branch, as well as the operating locations, you define the necessary requirements together with the team and follow the implementation. You prepare training content and create guidelines, plan and perform training.

You have first experience in logistics and process processes and experience in structured project work. You have basic knowledge of customs and trade with dirt countries. You are open to new topics and curious to question themes and facts in order to link them into a self-confidential, structured and self-sufficient manner and to present them creatively. An experienced handling of MS Office is not a problem for you. You are able to communicate, have good English skills in word and writing and are happy to work with different cultures around the world.
