Management and coordination of central digitization projects in financial management - in particular the migration of SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA as part of a multi-level collaborative project Identification of additional digitalization potentials in financial processes, accounting, management and reporting Conception, control and implementation of further digitalization initiatives in the financial department Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, departments and external project partners

Completed academic degree (Master/Uni Diploma) in the field of business, administration or comparable; alternatively: Bachelor/FH Diploma Proven SAP knowledge in the FI module Found accounting knowledge and good business understanding Very good German knowledge (at least C2) Nice-to-have: SAP knowledge in FI-AA, FI-TV, CO, PSM or HR/H4S4 (ECC or S/4HANA) Knowledge of the university system in Lower Saxony or professional experience in a university administration Basic knowledge of relevant legal bases (HGB, UStG, AO, accounting policies) Budgetary knowledge and safe handling of digital tools (in particular MS Office)
