Self-employed and comprehensive support of customer orders for a specific group of international customers
Review and collection of customer orders
Planning of deliveries in cooperation with production and logistical processing up to the production of invoices
Dealing with requests and clarification of complaints
Production of export papers in the ATLAS system, implementation of customs processing and ensuring compliance with export control regulations
Verification of documents and information on accuracy and topicality
Maintenance of master data in an ERP system
Closed commercial training, such as an industrial clerk or office clerk, with several years of professional practice in customer and order processing in the sales service
Routined use of MS-Office
