Customer Service Technician and Plant Mechanic SHK (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated customer service agent (m/w/d) SHK. We, the Growi Heating and Sanitation GmbH & Co. KG, are a family-run, small medium-sized company with currently 9 employees – grounded, reliable and forward-looking. If necessary, you support our customer service, but also work as a plant mechanic. In the customer service, you do not work as a single fighter, but are involved in an existing team with clear processes. Uses, readiness and holiday times are coordinated and organised fairly so that responsibility is distributed over several shoulders. Of course, the customer service lives on reliability and willingness to use – at the same time, we attach great importance to the fact that work and private life remain predictable.
