Head of Crisis and Emergency Management Real Estate Portfolio (m/f/d)

Head of staff: You conduct crisis management as a staff member with another employee. Further 5-8 employees must be coordinated and trained. You shape processes, introduce tools and optimierst action guides for defined Havarie scenarios. Your work will be directly visible at the board level. Reporting: You report directly to the area management and, if necessary, to the premises and work closely with the area management operations. With your position reports, statistics and action recommendations, you contribute to the strategic orientation. In the Havarie case, you consolidate the information and thus keep all relevant players until the end of the loop.

You have a completed vocational training (immobility management / anagenic mechanic / electronic or cf.) or alternatively a degree in facility management / real estate management and brings relevant professional experience in the real estate industry – alternatively in the fire department or rescue service, at THW, in disaster protection. In the best case, you have an additional qualification regarding crisis management / crisis intervention within the meaning of DIN EN ISO 22361 or similar. Experience in coordinating crisis situations or complex situations is a clear advantage. You keep an overview in stress situations, meet decisions under uncertainty and communicate clearly, empathically and bindingly – to tenants, service providers, authorities and executives alike. You are willing to accept readiness in the rotating system – this means accessibility at selected nights and weekends. In the team you share this responsibility. You have a class B driver's license and you live in Berlin, so you can be on site within 60 minutes in case of use. Good knowledge of MS Office complete your profile. Experience with Power BI or Microsoft teams is beneficial. You want to build something new in the sense of customer orientation – with design space, self-responsibility and direct effect for over 76,000 apartments and their residents.
