Multiannual professional experience in IT consulting and in the public sector customer environment Comprehensive pre-knowledge in the digital transformation of public administration, e.g. in the context of e-acts, business process management or change management, alternatively in the development of individual software solutions or in the operation of IT applications Experience in leadership of teams or Project teams (agile project management) Technical and methodological know-how in the acquisition, contract design and delivery of IT projects flowing German and good English skills in word and writing
