Branch Manager for Precious Metals (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you provide professional and trusting customer advice through the entire sales and sales processes from consulting to completion. You check, analyze and evaluate precious metals such as dental gold, old gold, jewelry, coins and bars professionally and reliably. You process customer requests personally, by phone and in writing always service-oriented, discreet and sovereign. You take responsibility for the cash register and the precious metal stock as well as the careful implementation of inventory and stock balances. You control the operating processes of the branch and ensure a smooth daily routine You lead, develop and motivate your team and ensure professional, trusting and performance-oriented cooperation You are responsible for relevant key figures and promote the further development of your branch You are responsible for day and month planning

Expertise Closed commercial training or comparable experience in the consulting-oriented customer or service environment First leadership experience or potential to take responsibility View for optimization potentials and efficient processes Ideal experience in the precious metal, jewelry or luxury segment Safe handling of MS Office and digital applications Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Personal competencies Sovereigns, professional and service-oriented appearance in customer and employee contact Strong communication and consulting skills at all levels Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High self-initiative, commitment and sense of responsibility Safe appearance even in demanding situations Leadership with motivating, team-oriented leadership style High trustworthiness, discretion and reliability Joy of employee development and the advancement of standards
