Together we continue to expand our new, fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden. As Engineer Testwafer Management (m/w/div.) you are responsible for business processes in the field of Testwafer Management. This includes both the quantity planning and the consumption analysis of test wafers or Non-Productive wafers (NPW). In this task, they take into account all the framework conditions and specification of the test wafers (new wafers, reclaim, replacement materials). They also ensure the reuse of test wafers. Their focus is on the processing of area-specific business processes as well as improving process stability and process availability. In this context, you create evaluations and correlations of data to increase process quality and cost reduction in your own area and implement the Bosch requirements of process stability by means of commercial and technical business processes in the semiconductor sector. They act as contact persons within the company and work closely with the areas of quality, IT, controlling and purchasing to ensure the company's requirements and processes and support sector-specific projects for process flexibility and cost reduction. Your responsibility is also to maintain and adapt existing processes to new applications. In addition, you support the development of new processes and business processes and are involved in the further development of production and process topics.
