Your tasks:

• You work cooperatively with care services
• You are responsible for the professional documentation and assists employees in the care planning and scheduling
• Communication and coordination with residents and references as well as our cooperation partners (doctors, relatives, hospitals etc.)
• You will set up the service plan for the housing group

• A completed training in nursing/care
• A further development as station, group and residential area management would be advantageous
