Support for the management of the newly established AI office in the strategic and administrative implementation of AI-related projects, e.g. development of ethics guidelines, pilot projects for the use of generic AI tools and knowledge and competence management projects Coordination and documentation of working groups, training and network meetings Operational cooperation in the creation of information materials, presentations and concepts Building, maintenance and further development of internal communication and knowledge platforms on AI literacy Support in the procurement, management and evaluation of AI-related applications or pilot projects Cooperation in network and interface work with other organizational units and external partners
