Complete study of social education or state recognition as an educator or comparable qualification Pleasure to work with disadvantaged children and adolescents as well as a pronounced ability to self-reflection Professional experience in stationary youth assistance or care for children and young people Representative communication, team and social competence High self-initiative, ready-to-use and independent and responsible operation Flexibility in terms of working hours and places of use Interest in continuing vocational training and the willingness to participate in the animal-based pedagogy The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
