CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Responsibility for troubleshooting and recording tickets in the ticket system and their documentation Administration Backoffice, management and support of server infrastructure Monitoring and support of IT infrastructure Support for installation, rollout and commissioning of PCs, notebooks, telephones and printers Participation in the planning and implementation of IT projects

Complete training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification First professional experience in first or second level support A high demand for the quality of your work with regard to the availability of IT applications and services Independent, team-ready and service-oriented operation Very good German knowledge and communication skills driving licence class B
