You design and evaluate work plans and production processes for different components You calculate processing and setup times, manufacturing costs and batch size effects based on real manufacturing processes You make sure that our AI 2D drawings and 3D models understand correctly, detects manufacturing features and processing steps and compares components with a true similarity search Du labelst prices, suppliers and work plans for AI training and links them with historical shopping and price data You test and plausibility so that our AI meets real manufacturing logic and delivers reliable price and cost estimates for buyers You are the first address for our customers in technical questions about component calculation, manufacturing processes and our platform - from introduction to ongoing operation You explain complex relationships understandably, translate customer requirements into concrete use cases and create confidence in our calculation models You support customer success and sales at workshops, discovery terminals and product demos and answer technical customer requests Connect closely with AI, Product, Customer Success and Sales and bring your manufacturing and tool know-how into the platform You make meaningful key figures, reports and visualizations from costing and manufacturing data - for customers and internally

You come from work preparation, production planning, tool construction, cost engineering or a comparable environment You are a technician, master (e.g. tool mechanic master) or have studied mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline You bring multi-year practice in industrial production - ideally machining (CNC turning/milling) or injection molding You have optimal experience with ERP, costing or manufacturing software You calculate components rather than roughly over the thumb - one of your biggest strengths, no edge competence You read technical drawings and CAD file formats like a book and arrange them in a true way You have a fine feeling for material and raw material prices and their influence on costing You think analytically, structured and find pragmatic solutions You go open to customers and colleagues and put technology to the point You want to introduce your manufacturing knowledge into AI models and modern software You speak German and English Nice-to-have: First experience in technical consulting, presales or customer success as well as basic knowledge of SQL or Python
