Shift Supervisor Papermaking (m/f/d)

As the first contact person and direct manager of the staff on your shift, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary personnel management as well as the further development of your team and take over the function as a factory manager at edge times Implementation and documentation of instruction and job-specific training Ensuring production by production plan and quality requirements and ensuring personnel planning Responsibility for compliance with external and internal safety, environmental, regulatory and hygiene regulations in the field of papermaking and Stock Preparation Ensuring smooth communication in the shift team and organization of shift transfers to the adjacent layers. Introduction and implementation of necessary individual labour law measures in cooperation with the Human Resources Central Unit Identification of the skill needs of the employees taking into account the operational requirements and documentation in the qualification matrix of the area in coordination with the trainers Ensure the documentation of the production data and monitoring of the key performance indicators (KPIs) and process parameters for detecting deviations and counter taxes for process stabilization as well as continuous participation in the optimization of process sequences to increase plant efficiency. Implementation and support in root Cause Analysis Organisation and support in complaint processing Implementation of administrative work (e.g. ordering requirements) Participation in the maintenance planning and coordination of the implementation of measures relating to mutual safety Responsibility for implementing the technical standards of the Production Engineers by the shift staff. Control of interdepartmental personnel (e.g. forklift drivers)

You have completed technical training in a recognised training profession (IHK) and a professional training course for the industrial master with paper production; alternatively a successfully completed study course paper. You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of paper production, ideally already in a comparable position with relevant practical experience in personnel management. Extensive and deepened knowledge in production processes and process engineering of paper production are expected, ideally also experience in paper processing An independent, result-oriented and analytical method in conjunction with a resilient, flexible, pragmatic and strong personality structure. A strong, team-connecting and pro-active working style. Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English. You have good knowledge of MS Office; ideally, you also have knowledge of SAP.
