You are researching and writing exciting, well-founded and powerful articles on culture, literature, art, theatre, film and social topics. You explore the current socially relevant topics and debates and see how You are reflected in regional culture and events. You perform interviews with artists, cultural workers and experts and prepare these journalistically appealing. You accompany current cultural developments and trends and implement them in exciting contributions. You write reviews about books, plays, films and other cultural events. You develop new editorial formats and introduce creative ideas for our Feuilleton. You work closely with other departments and participate in the further development of our cultural coverage – both online and in print. You are on site at important cultural events, festivals and premieres and report directly to our readers.

A completed study in the field of journalism, cultural studies, literature, humanities or a comparable qualification. Multiannual journalistic experience, ideally in the Feuilleton or a related area. Excellent linguistic expressiveness and the ability to prepare complex cultural topics in a comprehensible and captivating manner. A passion for culture, art and social debates as well as a strong sense of relevant topics. Experience in carrying out interviews and a sovereign discussion. Creativity and inventiveness in the development of new journalistic formats. Safe handling of digital media, content management systems and social media. Interest in the possibilities and opportunities as well as awareness of the boundaries and risks of AI in journalism. Self-employed, structured and precise working methods as well as team spirit and communication strength.
