As a project manager:in crossnative, you take responsibility for demanding digitization and transformation projects – with a focus on impact, transparency and humanity. You guide projects holistically and safely – agile, hybrid or classic. You control interdisciplinary teams and ensure clear communication. You analyse requirements, prioritize backlogs and answer the product vision, for example as a product owner. You're working with customers to create target images and target architectures in a strategic context. You moderate workshops, sprint reviews or status meetings and accompany customers through organizational and technological changes – from idea to solution. You promote self-organisation in teams and represent cross-native professional at trade fairs and industry-relevant events.

You have a degree in economics, business informatics, economic engineering. You feel safe in project management or as a product owner, can demonstrate demonstrable success in complex transformation projects and ideally have experience in insurance, banking or retail. You are characterized by a sovereign handling of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and also classical project management. You have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, process modeling tools (e.g. Signavio, Camunda, ARIS) and a strong readiness to learn. As an authentic, open and value-assured personality, you have the pleasure of controlling, promoting and networking people.
