As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. For more than 70 locations, the Service Center Köln ensures decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. Tool-based acceptance, analysis and elimination of disturbances in the PC, telephony, LAN and WAN environment

Ensuring compliance with predetermined reaction and suppression times and on-site support of central operating units

Implementation of workplace relocations, in particular in the field of PC, telephony and client hardware

Implementation of the second-level support as the central contact of BWI for local users

Participation in projects to further develop and adapt IT infrastructure

Implementation of DGUV V3 tests and participation in call readiness services

Structured and comprehensible documentation of all activities in the tools used

Complete IT-related vocational training (e.g. IT-system electronics) or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the administrative environment

At least two years of professional experience in IT, TK or networking Knowledge gained in handling ticket systems and IT processes

Embossed communication capability in customer contact as well as high target orientation in task processing

Structured operation, organizational ability and a high degree of care and conscience

Own initiative and sovereign appearance combined with the ability to take responsibility

Teamability and willingness to learn in dealing with changing requirements and tasks

German language skills in word and writing

Driving licence Class B and mobility readiness
