Civil Engineer as Contract and Supplement Manager (Project Management)

Your task will be to support demanding (large) projects in the field of contract and after-sales management both on the client and on the contractor side. For this, you work closely with our clients as well as colleagues from other branches of the iwb and serve as direct contact for the projects assigned to you. The thematic areas extend over all disciplines of the infrastructure sector, from earth and water construction to road construction to structural engineering. In detail, this means: Examination of supplementary requirements for engineering and construction contracts on the client's side, including the documentation required for the assignment of the supplementary services, as well as the temporal follow-up of all related processes. Development of supplementary offers for customers on the design side, including the necessary preparation of the supplementary information system in terms of construction and, if necessary, the calculation of the supplementary requirement. Compilation of opinions and opinions on construction and construction issues or support in the drafting of contractual correspondence within the framework of ongoing construction projects. Testing / plausibility of construction schedules for the building site or Creating and updating schedules for construction companies.

Safe in handling general computer applications as well as knowledge in industry-standard software solutions (e.g. MS Project, ASTA Powerproject, TILOS, RIB iTWO). German language skills in word and writing Communication strength, openness and willingness to represent the interests of our customers in negotiations.
