You advise policy makers and utilising departments in strategic and formal project preparation and thus provide the basis for a sustainable development of federal partnerships You contribute to the creation of cost and scheduling as well as life cycle considerations and identify, evaluate and process project risks early You advise, support and examine in technical and economic issues and accompany the implementation of public law procedures You work on a diverse and demanding range of tasks with a high and interesting variety of measures and make an active contribution to climate-neutral building You agree confidently and solution-oriented with internal and external stakeholders, bringing your diplomatic skills to a profitable level

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree course (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering (Building), Industrial Engineering or Supply Technology TGA or you have the career capability or successfully completed career examination for the category 2.1.

Further requirements: You have profound knowledge in project management and project development as well as experience in the independent management of projects You bring comprehensive expertise in the preparation and implementation of construction measures, ideally you have professional experience in the HOAI performance phases 1 – 9 as well as in project management and project development according to AHO Knowledge of public and private building law is advantageous You show themselves through a high self-initiative, an independent and responsible way of working and the willingness to actively shape change processes and to continuously optimize processes You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness to participate in a safety review “Ü1 to Ü3” under the safety review law NRW and are entitled to conduct a service ticket (guide certificate class B) Your profile is rounded off by negotiation skills and enforcement

Business area / department The newly established Strategic project preparation department in the Management and Technical Supervision department of Bundesbau creates the conditions for an economic, sustainable, future-oriented and accelerated project processing. Building projects are efficiently prepared by early strategic planning and close coordination with the builders. The interconnection of the fields of “order management” and “liquidity strategy/sustainability” ensures a holistic project preparation and provides the basis for successful implementation. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
