We are looking for chefs at different levels of experience who want to take responsibility for quality and processes in the kitchen. You are a central part of our kitchen team and contribute every day to a convincing gastronomic experience from good organization, clean craftsmanship and teamwork.

You work in a newly built kitchen where modern processes, clear structures and high quality standards come together. This is about reliable, honest cuisine at a consistently good level – right at the heart of Hamburg.

Own-responsible management of a kitchen post in the daily business Pre- and preparation of high quality food Ensuring smooth processes within your own area Guide and support of Commis, bacons or kitchen aids Responsibility for mise en place, goods care and cleanliness at the post office Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
