Transformation Architect Insurance (m/f/d)

In an agile implementation organisation, we are constantly developing organisationally in order to be able to react flexibly to market requirements. For this we are looking for you – design the future with us! In the role of the Business Architect, you combine the business strategy with our IT skills. You use modern methods to design scalable architecture and a future-oriented operating model.

You are responsible for the organizational design and the business architecture of the insurance and design the transformation of ADAC Insurance AG. You control the agile transformation methodically and anchor adaptability in the company. You combine business and IT strategy and develop scalable blueprints, guardrails, structures and artefacts (Value Streams, Domain Model / Capability Map, professional data model). You anchor adaptability to the digital DNA of the organization, creating the basis for AI and innovation. You support the Target Operating Model (TOM) through business-defined verticals – end-to-end responsible teams along product and customer value streams with clear ownership. You promote Platform Enablement – platform, data, API and shared capabilities to empower vertical teams and ensure synergies. You establish agile architectural bodies and governance for Verticals and Platform Enablement. You are active in agile events with (PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt). You work closely with enterprise architecture, product management, business owners and RTE and support Lean Portfolio Management. You integrate the requirements of compliance (security and data protection). You moderate between departments, IT, service providers and management.

You have successfully completed your university studies – ideally in business informatics, business management, computer science or a comparable discipline. You point to multi-year experience as a specialist architect or business analyst and are familiar with the definition of professional application components and system interfaces. You convince us by your sound knowledge of enterprise architectures and their strategic orientation. You control the construction and maintenance of professional building plans, in particular with regard to the central business functions of a company – ideally in the insurance environment. You bring practical experience in the operational “Guidance” when it comes to the introduction of new technologies, tailored to the professional building plan. You think solution-oriented and design stable, professionally sound architectures that work across the system and organization. We require a high social competence and ability to communicate at all levels up to the board. You are strong, self-motivated and take responsibility. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
