As a member adviser, you focus on the distribution of our private full and supplementary insurance rates You actively address potential new customers:inside and run cross- and upselling in stock customers:inside Digital and telephone consultations and sales talks are based on detailed needs analysis The entire sales process is accompanied by you – from initial contact to demand determination to successful conclusion of the contract You work closely with internal specialist departments to quickly clarify and process complex issues Through feedback and ideas from the day-to-day consultancy, you are working on the continuous improvement of our service processes You take responsibility for your sales success and contribute together with the team to achieve sales goals

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Ideally you bring experience in B2C sales, preferably in the insurance, social security or financial sector Service orientation, communication strength and empathy in dealing with different customer groups A structured and reliable way of working, even in stressful situations, is one of your strengths Safe handling of digital means of communication is obvious to you Teamability, sense of responsibility and joy in direct customer contact bring you with Flexibility, commitment and willingness to continue developing and explore new topics, complete your profile
