You develop and visualize with the prod­uct and specialist business processes and coordinate or moderate the multi­disciplinary teams with the focus on purchasing and supply chain management. You evaluate the actual state of procedures on the basis of reliable methods and provide the desired and future-oriented target state in a dedicated project team. You supervise the BPM portal and work on internal workflows with regard to process changes. In addition, you will support the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management department in the conversion of legal and normative requirements and thus optimise the processes.

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship with further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) or a (technical) degree programme and are ideally already bringing the first professional experience as a process manager (m/w/d). You have an extensive understanding of the areas and systems of enterprise operations; In addition, at best, you will bring know-how regarding audit management to specific systems (e.g. EN 9100, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001 or ISO 50001); Experience with BPM-Portal software is an additional advantage. In addition, you will be able to draw good presentation skills, a streamlined mode of work and a high level of social competence, which will allow you to act both empirically and effectively in the project teams. In addition to very good MS-Office skills (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote), you will also bring very good German and English skills and travel skills to our national sites.
