Employee Product Management - Focus on Product Specifications Private Label (m/f/d)

You actively participate in the product management team and perform product-specific tasks within the framework of the proprietary brand of the Dennree Group. The food-related testing of product specifications is part of your task as well as the coordination of the specifications with own brand suppliers. You contribute to the creation and testing of declaration texts for packaging of the own brand products. You are responsible for creating quality requirements for new products and existing products within the framework of alerts. You conduct regular competition research to compare and evaluate new/existing own brand products.

You have successfully completed a food-specific study, such as food management, ecotrophology, nutritional science or comparable training. You were ideally able to gain first professional experience. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge in the field of food law, sensory and nutrition and ideally have good knowledge in the areas of organic regulations and guidelines of the cultivation associations. An independent and reliable way of working is one of your strengths as well as team skills and organizational skills. You have a safe handling of MS Office applications and good English skills. High performance, self-initiative and team and communication skills complete your profile.
