Leadership with creativity: You lead our motivated gastronomy marketing team (3 people) and set new standards together. Create brand experiences: Make our brands modern and contemporary in gastronomy – from trendy bars to the traditional inn. They ensure that Paulaner radiates nationally and internationally. Promoting innovative programs: They develop success formats such as “successful hosts” and “stars of hospitality” and introduce fresh ideas that inspire our gastronomy customers. Advertising media with wow effect: They are creative in the development of international advertising media that provide attention and sales. Successful growth: They define KPIs, make the results measurable and deliver insights that further advance our brand. Effective cooperation: They are in close coordination with colleagues from the neighbouring departments (e.g. sales) and external business partners.

A completed study in gastronomy management, tourism, marketing or a related area. Multiannual (international) experience in gastronomy distribution or marketing, ideally in the beverage segment. First experiences as leadership and desire to develop and inspire a team. Passion for strong brands, new trends and creative concepts that make the difference in gastronomy. A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on mentality – you know how to tackle things and successfully implement them. Convincing appearance, communication strength and a talent for relationship care. Interest in innovative media and an untiring sense of targeted design.
