The area stands among other things for the content design and strategic orientation of the fields of demand under the perspective of strengthening FI in the role of digitalisation partners. As Senior Product Manager (m/w/d), the focus is on managing the topics within the Human Resources Management field. This includes the strategic and content development of the processes and applications as well as the strengthening of the role of FI as a digitization partner. In addition, the position includes the acquisition of cross-disciplinary thematic positions within the area for the holistic orientation of the demand fields.
