Senior Projekt Manager (m/w/d) on industrial participation, exhibition planning and sponsorship in the Congress Organisation in full time (40 hours/ week / 5 days) Home in Munich – traveling throughout Europe. You develop sponsorship concepts for our national and international congresses You plan and maintain self-congressive specialist exhibitions You acquire and maintain the sponsors and industrial partners from the conclusion of the contract to the implementation of committed and professional You organize informative and effective sponsoring activities as part of our events, such as satellite symposiums and workshops You coordinate professional service providers (e.g. trade fair builders, forwarders, technology partners) for industrial exhibitions and for sponsoring You are on site at the events and, together with our team, ensure a smooth running Together with our industrial team, you continue to expand our network in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, develop acquisition strategies and maintain our industrial partners holistic

Multiannual professional experience (at least 4 years) in industrial participation, exhibition planning and sponsorship including acquisition and long-term binding of sponsors and exhibitors Enthusiasm for the development of creative and target group-specific sponsoring packages in the congress environment Sales competence and sovereign occurrence in contract negotiations with national and international sponsors Very good knowledge of compliance regulations in the fields of pharmaceutical and medical technology (FSA, MedTech, EACCME) Comprehensive knowledge of the planning and implementation of events, ideally in the congress, agency or comparable environment Embossed service and customer orientation as well as the ability to act sovereignly even under time pressure and in complex situations A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards German and English knowledge in word and writing (basic requirement) Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High reliability, flexibility and a strong team spirit Travel readiness and motivation to actively accompany events on site
