Leiter (m/w/d) Center Rescue Coordination and Crisis Resilience

The aim is to build health-related network and training structures for the preparation of limited and supra-regional crises. In the centre, all network activities are to be bundled to clinics, rescue services and other actors in civil and civil protection.

Your profile

· Specialist in surgical, anaesthesiological or internalist discipline

· Qualification to the doctor with additional qualification to the medical director Rescue service

· many years of experience in emergency and trauma medicine as well as in disaster protection, ideally in senior function

· Multiannual experience in carrying out emergency courses and training

· team-oriented and competent contact person with strong communication strength and network capability

Your tasks

· Establishment of operational crisis resilience structures in the clinic and in network partners]()

· Coordination body for intensifying cooperation between the BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost and civil and civil protection actors

· Establishing supra-regional advanced and advanced training courses for emergency disaster and tactical medicine

· Development of KAEP and MANV concepts

· Creation of country-wide, resilient emergency plans of the clinics including a competence network focusing on TDSC (Terror and Disaster Surgical Care), CBRN (chemical, biological and radionuclear hazards) and repatriation
