Design, development and operation of the Campus Management procedure for application, admission, enrollment, examination management and certification (HISinOne) Introduction of Stud.IP as a learning and event management system Defining the process architecture: assignment, data quality and cutting points between HISinOne, Stud.IP, identity management and SAP Implementation of the Online Access Act: Integration of Student Services to BundID and EUDI Wallet, issue of digital certificates and evidence according to XBildung/ XHochschule Figure of examination and admission regulations in the procedures Conception and introduction of a tool for evaluating teaching Technical data protection and accessibility in the campus procedures: role, deletion and logging concepts, preparation of data protection impact assessments Control of external service providers, testing, acceptance and release management Advice and training of users in study departments, examination offices, clinics and institutes

You have a completed scientific study of computer science, economic informatics or a related subject or a comparable degree. You have at least three years of professional experience in a relevant field of activity. Required expertise and personal skills Experience in the design and administration of campus management systems, ideally HISinOne, as well as learning management systems Confidence with university law and examination and admission regulations Knowledge of the Online Access Act, the EUDI Wallet and digital evidence are advantageous Knowledge of technical data protection (GDPR) and barrier-free information technology Experience in the control of introductory projects in cooperation with external service providers Conceptual and analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working Communication strength in handling specialist departments, bodies and users Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
