Accounting & Controlling Employee (m/f/d)

In the focus, you take on the ongoing accounting and additionally introduce yourself to the controlling: Accounting: Own implementation of financial accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts) Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices settlement of payment transactions and supervision of open items Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Account tuning and care Preparation of evaluations and reports (e.g. BWA, SuSa) Cooperation with tax consulting and audit Ensuring compliance with legal and internal guidelines Controlling: Support for budget planning, forecasts and accounting Creation of reports and key figures for management Participation in the further development of controlling processes

Completed commercial training or study with focus on accounting/finance Multiannual professional experience in accounting Account Manager (m/w/d) Experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Addison, LexOffice) desirable Good knowledge of accounting and tax and commercial law Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, independent and careful operation Teamability and responsible handling of sensitive data
