Buchhalter / Accountant (f/m/d)

Take over debitors and creditors You have the operational tasks, such as auditing and recording of current input and output accounts You work in a team responsible for the accounting collection of all our time charter contracts, port costs, bunker bills and related commissions You are responsible for the coordination of creditors or creditors Debitor accounts as well as our intra-group settlement accounts (OP fee etc.) You book the extracts of the corresponding bank accounts You make payments to our suppliers and service providers based on payment suggestions lists You independently coordinate your workspace with the relevant departments You make your contribution to our monthly, quarterly and annual accounts You'll contact other departments and take care of the archiving of all documents in your work area You are integrated into the optimization of our internal processes and brings you your own ideas
