We are looking for our family-run hotel support in the kitchen

We expect from you:

• Quality and cost awareness

• previous knowledge of the hotel industry or Gastronomy or food processing are advantageous, but no prerequisite.

Objective:

• good care standard for cleaning and care of dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots etc. and the workplace.

• Organisation of a smooth and effective cleaning process

• Optimum cooperation with the other departments of the house

• Maintaining the hotel's general standards

Single tasks:

• Presorting the dishwasher

• Prerinsing and final cleaning of white and black dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils

• Takeover of cleaning work in the kitchen rooms according to cleaning plan

• Responsible for waste disposal

• Small mastery activities

• Bakery transport, i.bes. on arrivals, transport of cots etc.

• Support in kitchen production, i. bes. Peel potatoes

• Presort and arrange blanks
