This will be your tasks

You take over and work on demanding projects and orders of management, carry out them to the ready for implementation and present results before management and bodies. B. Development, evaluation and implementation of innovative concepts for efficiency enhancement and sustainable process optimization Identification of optimization potentials and continuous development of existing processes and organisational structures analysis and design of strategic solutions, Consultancy and participation in capacity and budget planning You use appropriate methods (e.g. project management methods, process optimization and modelling methods, capacity management) and develop them further. Your tasks are complementary to the role of a business partner:in. You will advise and accompany the departments in job management, structural changes, and investment decisions. With your business and group-wide approach, you are networking and continuously considering the interests of the company and all stakeholders.

Complete economic studies, completed economic training or a comparable qualification Impressed analytical and conceptual skills and a solution-oriented way of thinking, complemented by experience in project work or management multiannual experience in business development, organization or process consulting, project management or a comparable function, with a comprehensive understanding of the processes in a company operating across the location Entrepreneurial and process thinking as well as organizational ability to control diverse, complex tasks Ability to clearly and understand complex facts, to analyze and formulate sound management recommendations Very good moderation and communication skills as well as safe occurrence at all hierarchy levels
