What is our heart: You are a registered student in the courses of economics, social sciences or humanities. Industrial engineering, or similar ideally with a focus on personnel. You communicate fluently in German (C1) and well in English. With your open and communicative way, you like to go to people and work well in the team. You also work responsibly and independently.

Your tasks: Support employees during the entire lifecycle at Schneider Electric for operating HR topics (e.g. onboarding, time management, employee benefits, etc.). Together with other colleagues, design global HR campaigns (e.g. performance reviews, salary reviews, etc.). Take the scheduling of interviews in cooperation with Recruiter:innen, Executives and HRBP's Edit requests from employees in different tools and support them in hotline and chat. Respond to the data of our employees: in various databases and make sure that the data quality is always at the highest level.
