SAP Support Specialist - Logistics / EWM / WM (m/f/d)

Service and support have many faces and offer you an exciting environment around SAP Logistics, SAP EWM, SAP WM and international processes. You: independently and solution-oriented customer requests in the SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). analyses errors, requirements and processes and adopts solution conception, implementation, testing and production. documents solutions, analysis results and work steps structured in the Solution Manager. as an interface between 2nd Level Support and 3rd Level Support in the field of SAP Logistics. supports SAP World Cup and SAP EM support with focus on second-level incidents and sustainable problem solutions. verifies system behaviour based on real warehouse, warehouse and logistics processes. work closely with international colleagues, colleagues and customers. contributes to sustainably improving the quality and stability of SAP logistics processes in the operational environment.

You: brings a relevant study or a comparable qualification in the IT, logistics or warehouse environment. has practical experience in SAP support, ideally in the SAP logistics environment. masters SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and has additional knowledge in SAP WM and SAP MM. uses customizing and debugging to systematically analyze errors and effectively fix them. possesses practical process experience in the logistics, warehouse or warehouse management environment. documents processes, incidents, requirements and solutions clearly, structured and reliable. communicate safely in German and English and work effectively with international teams. thinks service-oriented and ideally brings experience in 2nd level support, application support or SAP support consulting.
