Tax Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for all national and international tax issues, in particular in the field of income taxes and turnover taxes Consultation on restructuring, settlement price issues and tax planning Coordination and control of external tax consultants (Big Four) Accompanying audits and special revenue tax audits in coordination with financial authorities Ensuring proper fiscal compliance and timely tax returns and notifications Support for tax aspects in the preparation of annual accounts and consolidated financial statements

Completed study ideally as a tax advisor or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the international corporate environment or an internationally established tax consultancy/auditing company/law office Analytical thinking and conceptual strength Embossed communication skills and structured and solution-oriented mode of operation German and English skills
