Team Leader Payroll (m/f/d)

You manage, develop and promote personnel billing and create the framework for effective and value-adding cooperation You are responsible for the proper, legally compliant, timely and auditable implementation of the pay bill You tax work, resources, capacities and deadlines and decide on risks, faults and escalations in the area of responsibility You continuously develop processes, quality standards and test logics and actively shape digitization and change projects You analyze key figures, faults and quality deviations and guide appropriate measures for quality assurance and further development You control cooperation with internal and external interfaces and represent the personnel billing at the control and escalation level

You have an economic, personal or comparable study or a relevant commercial training with corresponding training and professional experience You have several years of experience in pay billing as well as secure knowledge in tax, social security and collective bargaining You ideally have leadership experience and draw your attention through a valuable, binding and decision-making leadership style You think analytically and solution-oriented, communicate convincingly and actively with you processes, changes and digitization You work safely with SAP, Microsoft Office and accounting-relevant specialist applications and handle sensitive data You bring experience in controlling, developing or optimizing processes and organisational processes You have a high level of sense of responsibility as well as a safer handling of complex professional issues You have a positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Maltese
