As a medium-sized family-run company in the beautiful Hunsrück we are considered one of the leading manufacturers in the field of door and door automation. We have been producing automatic doors, windows, gates and facades from aluminium of the most diverse profile manufacturers since 1984. Since we consider each project holistic, our work does not only involve the production and assembly of our systems – we advise each customer individually and take over maintenance and repair after installation. Since we attach great importance to making it as easy as possible for our customers, we also support them in managing their systems. Our team currently consists of around 110 employees nationwide. You develop future-oriented HR strategies that respect our craft roots while offering innovative solutions You are driving forward the introduction and further development of our PeerGroup system by gathering experts from the workshop, technology and administration to work together on important topics and to develop creative solutions You bring fresh wind into our HR processes and support the digital transformation, always focusing on people You play a key role in identifying and promoting talent and building the necessary skills in the company. You recognize potentials, show career paths and make sure that our employees are constantly evolving You develop programs that encourage our employees and position us as attractive employees to ensure employee satisfaction and long-term commitment to the company You develop KPIs to measure the success of HR measures and continuously adjust them to ensure a sustainable and effective HR strategy

You have strategic HR know-how and experience in designing future-oriented HR strategies You have a digitalization affinity and know-how in modern HR technologies You bring talent and competence management experience and have a sense of potential You have empathy and emotional intelligence to successfully accompany change management processes You have leadership skills and the ability to act as a model in dynamic environments
