At our Hamburg-Altenwerder site, a welded and motivated team awaits you, who is looking for a personnel supplier (w/m/d) with additional responsibility for quality management and procurement. You have the opportunity to actively bring your own ideas and ideas into our working day and to actively implement them. Personal administration: Responsibly, you take over all personal administrative processes, such as contract adjustments, creation of personal-related fonts and the administration of our HR tool. Staff support: In your role, you are a trusted contact person of the branch management as well as the executives and employees in all personal topics and questions. Applicant management: As part of the applicant management, you tune the needs with the departments and accompany the entire recruiting process at the location. Process optimization: Ensuring and continuous optimization of existing QM processes according to ISO standard. Audits: Implementation and monitoring of internal audits.

A completed vocational training suitable for the subject areas or a suitable study (business theory, business psychology, etc.). Multiannual professional experience and knowledge in the processing of personnel and quality management topics. Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) are advantageous. Self-employed, structured working and pleasure in versatile tasks. An open-hearted and patient personality that keeps a cool head even in difficult and complex situations.
