(Senior) Manager Valuation / Business Valuation (m/f/d)

You want to strategically drive the Valuation area with your expertise? Then you can introduce yourself here: You evaluate the companies, the intangible and material assets as well as strategic action alternatives. You are also responsible for managing transaction processes. You'll start fairness opinions to assess the adequacy of transaction prices and structures. You support our clients and clients in the development of value-oriented control concepts. The management of projects for the creation and analysis of financial planning models as well as the management of project teams also fall into your area of responsibility. You advise on assessment-related issues for tax or commercial occasions. The support, development and acquisition of mandates and clients complete your task.

As (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Valuation/Company Assessment, you have a completed study of all disciplines and interest in economic relationships. You bring multi-year professional experience, of which at least 3 years in corporate finance consulting with a focus on corporate assessments. You could gain project management and leadership experience and optionally have the following Examina: CVA, CFA, auditor or tax advisor or doctorate. You have knowledge of the English language that is safe to negotiate and willingness to travel.
