Self-responsible and self-responsible creation and management of pay and salary bills Acquisition of correspondence with social security institutions and monitoring of pay tax and social security checks Takeover of communication with health insurance companies, offices and authorities Contact person for internal and external partners/colleagues in social insurance and tax issues as well as questions in the field of payment accounting Creation of HR Reportings and Personal Statistics with SAP HCM Contact person for accounting and personal controlling to deliver ongoing reports and key figures Maintenance of master, time and movement data with Atoss and SAP HCM Support for annual exchange activities and the preparation of analyses and statistics

A completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience required in payroll accounting and social security and tax law Secure handling of SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office Impressed customer and service orientation, self-initiative and a high level of responsibility Very good knowledge of German in word and writing English knowledge desirable
