Accountant for our payroll and financial accounting department (m/f/d)

Accounting of all business incidents (debitors, creditors, bank, cash register) in the ERP system settlement of payment transactions and supervision of open items Creation/preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB (Bilanz created by the tax advisor) Exemption of sales tax pre-registrations and ZM statement, Intrastat Creation of reports and evaluations for management Management and care of the personnel management system Evaluations of the faulty and working hours of our employees such as holidays, inability to work etc. Contact person for employees for questions about timekeeping and other personnel matters Transfer of personal data to the tax advisor at the end of the month for the preparation of the pay bill

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Knowledge of accounting according to HGB Secure handling of accounting software, MS Office and Outlook Ideally, first knowledge in the field of time recording and the use of appropriate software solutions Good English in Word and Writing Openness in dealing with the digitization of work processes High numerical affinity, care and accuracy Self-employed and structured work Communication strength and team capacity
