We are looking for dedicated masters of electrical engineering / electric master / master engineer / metal engineer / carpenter / project manager (m/w/d) to support our growing company in the field of door and safety technology. Your tasks include: Technical and organizational management of projects in the field of door and safety technology Planning, installation and commissioning of electrical door systems and safety equipment from leading manufacturers Leadership, training and motivation of a team of technicians and technicians Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, standards and quality standards Technical advice and support of our local customers as well as close cooperation with internal specialist departments Creation, monitoring and optimization of project plans and complete documentation of work processes Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances and continuous improvement of existing systems

Successfully completed training as an electrical engineer, ideally with further training as a master/in electrical engineering or comparable. Multiannual professional experience in door and/or safety technology of advantage. Knowledge of electrical engineering and safety systems. Leadership and strong communication skills. Solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working. Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications and ideally CAD programs. Class B licence.
