Packaging and plant care: You pack products according to clear specifications. You can also equip and serve the packaging facilities. Coordination: You coordinate the workflows in your team, and you quickly and flexibly respond to short-term changes. Line preparation and batch change: You take the preparation and reprocessing of the line as well as the batch change and coordinate the timely use of the personnel you need. Documentation: You carry out batch documentation and make sure that all packaging activities are properly recorded. Performance at a glance: You test machine performance, report deviations and raise key figures for plant performance. You are also actively working on minimizing plant shutdowns. Guided tour: You assign tasks within your team, guide employees and learn new employees. This means that all team members understand and perform their tasks effectively.

Experience: You bring first professional experience. Preferably in a technical or scientific field. Expertise: GMP knowledge is an advantage. High sense of responsibility and quality: You have a high sense of responsibility and attach great importance to quality both in the products and in your work. Team skills and social competence: You're a team player and you can handle people well. Flexibility: You adapt flexibly to changing situations. Self-organization: You work independently and reliably without losing sight of teamwork. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing to communicate effectively with your team and other departments. IT knowledge: You have good knowledge of the common office programs and can quickly integrate yourself into new systems. Shiftwork: You bring willingness to work in the 3-layer system.
