HR System Specialist - P&I LOGA / Payroll (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the further development and optimization of the HR system landscape with a focus on P&I LOGA Analysis and design of HR processes and derivation of system-based requirements Interface function between human resources, IT and external service providers Conception, support and implementation of system adaptations and digitalization projects Participation in performing and ensuring the proper pay settlement Control and continuous optimization of the accounting processes in the HR system Creation of evaluations, reports and decision bases

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in economics, business informatics, human resources management or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in the area of pay billing and HR systems Experience as a key user in P&I LOGA Very good process understanding and affinity for digitalization and system solutions Analytical and conceptual thinking and structured working methods Communication strength and ability to prepare complex topics according to target groups
