For the professional control, supervision and further development of our real estate, we are looking for an object manager (m/w/d), who takes over the operational and economic responsibility and coordinates cooperation with external partners. Your tasks: Responsibility for the management and supervision of our real estate stock in the regional association Oberbayern Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance, modernisation and rehabilitation measures Participation in new and new construction projects in cooperation with external partners Coordination of external service providers and technical control of the master services Implementation and documentation of object visits including defect tracking Real estate-related care of our children's and social institutions as well as the comfort habit Support for budget planning, cost control and controlling Support for topics such as fire protection, occupational safety, hygiene and drinking water regulation in cooperation with the relevant specialist bodies Participation in measures to secure and further develop our real estate infrastructure
