You process standardised miscellaneous contractual arrangements (without work and internship contracts) taking into account legal, budgetary and internal requirements. You examine draft contract drafts for formal and content completeness, plausibility and compliance with standards (e.g. contract type, term, services, liability, insurance, deadlines). You evaluate purchase, loan, rental, cooperation, license and restoration contracts according to predetermined test criteria. You create and maintain checklists, check schedules and action guides to support the departments. You prepare legal basis for decision by compiling and preparing contractual contents, deadlines and approval requirements.
